The Great Bird Migration of the Wadden Sea

From 6 to 14 September, Denmark celebrates the millions of migratory birds that use the Wadden Sea as an important resting place on their journey between the Arctic/northern Scandinavia and Africa. Along the entire Danish Wadden Sea coast, nature guides and museums offer a wide range of activities, tours and events centred around the birds. You can experience the birds in nature, in art and in science through tours of the Wadden Sea and the marshes. At lectures, exhibitions or workshops.
